Saddle Tree Press offers photography services based upon your individual desire, including farm calls and event coverage. Our clients have appeared in images published by Valley Vet, Manna Pro, Hallway Feeds, the United States Equestrian Federeration Magazine, Blaze Magazine and Women & Horses Magazine, amongst others.

Event Photography services are available by contract. Call us to discuss your event photography needs.

Portrait Sessions with your horse are the perfect opportunity to capture cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Portrait sessions are priced at $100 an hour for one client with up to two horses. You may include other family members and pets. Online proofing and one 5x7 print is included in this creative fee. Fees are due at time of service. Travel expenses may apply. Your photo session contract includes a release of liability signature required at the time of service. Print price adjustments and package discounts may apply according to your order. Just ask our regular customers - we always extend a "thank you" discount!

Mini portrait sessions with one horse/owner are priced at $50. This service works great for a few people in one day and includes limited posing with limited online proofs. We prefer at least 2 clients not to exceed 5 at your farm or choice of location when booking a mini session. Travel expenses may apply. Your photo session contract includes a release of liability signature required at the time of service.

Wondering about Copyright and your photographs? We own the copyright the moment the image is created. Under Federal and International Copyright Law, the reproduction, distribution and copying of photography is subject to penalty. Simply put, you may purchase a print of your photography, but we own the copyright. Additional licensing fees may be applicable for other than personal use.

Would you like to sign a Model Release? Magazines and other Horse Industry Providers frequently contact us to provide photos that may fit their needs. For the consideration of adding your photography to our portfolio for this purpose, a model release signature is required.

Deposits for photos taken at horse shows and events are non-refundable. We are not responsible for photos not ordered. Please remember that horse show photos are just that - horse show photos. We have no control over busy backgrounds, spectators or any other circumstance that may influence your performance.

Proofs are usually available for online viewing within 3 days of your event and are removed 2 weeks from date of posting. Please call, fax or mail to place your order promptly. Re-posting online proofs (for a limited time) after expiration incurs a $10 fee that will be applied to your print order. Print prices are listed on our order sheet and are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at current prices.

Print Pricing reflects fees for personal use of photos, only. Please see our order form for current pricing. We frequently offer "early order" discounts and package specials. Details are posted with your proofs. Payment must be made by check or credit card before your order is processed and all sales are final. Professionally developed prints are shipped within 2 weeks.
